Your order will be dispatched within 5 days by Royal Mail. Royal Mail aims to deliver your order within 3 days. We currently only deliver to the UK. Delivery prices are as follows;
orders up to and including £20.00 – £2.95
orders up to and including £40.01 – £4.95
orders £40.01 to £70.00 – £7.50
orders £70.01-£100 – £9.95
orders over £100 – free delivery

cancellation and returns

You can cancel your contract at any time before dispatch or up to 7 working days after the day of delivery, please contact us to arrange this. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us unopened and unused. Returns will be at your own expense and you must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. We recommend you obtain a free proof of posting from Royal Mail. Once we receive the goods in an acceptable condition we will issue a full refund or credit note as preferred by you within 30 days.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
